Run the small Sema Room gateway on a room PC or dedicated device. It takes audio from one mic, a mic-per-seat setup, or your existing chamber system.
Assign seats
Name each seat once, then map who's sitting where at the start of the meeting. A mic is a seat — never permanently a person — so re-seating never misattributes.
